Meet Your Facilitators

Dr. Lisa Pomerantz

Naturopathic Doctor • Sacred Play Alchemist
Hi, I'm Dr. Lisa Pomerantz (she/her), a licensed naturopathic doctor specializing in holistic mental health through whole-body transformation. My work taps into the essence of the human experience, blending science with intuition.
As a naturopathic doctor, I am deeply rooted in the healing power of nature, harnessing the body’s inherent wisdom to heal itself. I am also approaching completion of the Functional & Integrative Psychiatry fellowship through Psychiatry Redefined, deepening my capacity to address mental health at its roots.
As a sacred play alchemist, I weave in the magic of transmutation. My core life's philosophy of sacred play was born from my own healing journey. Riddled with anxiety, self doubt, and weighed down by emotional armor, I had the revelation that I was taking myself and my life much too seriously. I found the medicine of playfulness, silliness, and laughter. My greatest lesson was that we can choose to laugh at ourselves and, in the process, we get to laugh with the divine.
It has become my life's purpose and passion to teach that healing doesn't always have to be so difficult. We get to walk through the dark night of the soul in order to learn and grow, but we also get to find the lightness and humor in it all in order to expand and be free.
Through sacred play, I invite you into deeper self-intimacy, radiant expression, and the fullness of your complexity.

Breathwork Facilitator • Reiki, Evox & AcuDetox Practitioner

Hi, I’m Lyndsey Gibbons (she/her), a Colorado local with over 20 years of experience in mental health. As a trauma-informed conscious breathwork, Reiki, Evox & AcuDetox practitioner, I hold space for others on their healing journeys, blending intuition, compassion, and energy work to guide transformation.
I’ve always felt a deep connection—to the earth, to others, to something greater—but for much of my life, I silenced it, believing no one else truly understood. I spent 16 years building a life in Southern California, much of it in the fast-paced world of Hollywood, but something always felt just out of reach. When I returned to Colorado, unsure of what was next, the loss of my grandmother became a profound turning point. In the depths of that grief, my brother gently nudged me toward my yoga mat—and that simple act became the catalyst for a journey of deep healing, self-discovery, and a powerful reconnection with the grounded, nurturing energy of home.
Beyond my healing practice, I’ve also been a passionate event planner and ASL (American Sign Language) interpreter, creating inclusive, heart-centered spaces that foster connection and growth—especially within communities that have historically been overlooked or underrepresented like the Deaf and queer communities. I believe that true healing begins when we step out of our minds and into our hearts, allowing transformation to unfold with compassion and authenticity.
